PSIShield Support Plan is an affordable total support solution, designed specifically for small and medium organizations, to insure your IT infrastructure is maintained at optimum operational levels with timely technical support as needed to insure maximum uptime of your critical systems. PSIShield includes a combination of telephone, remote access and on-site support to insure your network operates at the highest levels of performance.  PSIShield is an environmentally friendly solution utilizing remote support technology that results in faster attention to your support needs.

 

PSIShield Support Plan Includes

 

    •      •Unlimited telephone and web accessed (remote) support.
    •      •Monthly On-site Systems Check-up Visit
    •      •Up to 5 hours of on-site support as needed. (Includes monthly check-up visit)
    •      •3 hours response / 8 hrs. on-site (when on-site support is required)
    •      •Hardware and Operating Systems Support
    •      •Network Systems Support
    •      •Application Support (primary support for proprietary software is provided by software vendor with PSI assistance).

 

Monthly support charges are paid in advance. PSIShield support covers servers, workstations, printers, switches, routers, wireless systems network operating systems and server operating systems. Hardware or software needed is not included. Should an incident require on-site support up to 5 hours of on-site support is included with your PSIShield Plan.  If you require support services above and beyond 5 hours during your monthly billing period on-site support will be provided at a flat rate of $149.00 per on-site visit. No longer do you have to worry about how long the technician is on site with the meter running.  Regular maintenance will be performed to make sure network and PCs are at top performance. PSIShield support services are designed to provide maintenance support and do not cover major software or hardware upgrades and installs. These are performed as separate projects and will be handled on a case by case basis based on the support required.  

 

* Server eligible for support include standalone servers, domain controllers, file servers, print servers and application servers. Exchange servers, IIS servers, virtualized servers, not eligible for PSIShield.  Server support cost must be part of a PSIShield plan and cannot be purchased as a standalone support service.
