PSIShield Support Plan Includes
- •Unlimited telephone and web accessed (remote) support
- •Monthly On-site Systems Check-up Visit
- •Up to 5 hours of on-site support
- •3 hours response time / 8 hrs. on-site visit
- •Hardware and Operating Systems Support
- •Network Systems Support
- •Application Support (primary support for proprietary software is provided by software vendor with PSI assistance)
PSIShield support covers servers, workstations, printers, switches, routers, wireless systems network, operating systems and server operating systems. Regular maintenance will be performed to make sure network and PCs are at top performance. PSIShield support services are designed to provide maintenance support and do not cover major software or hardware upgrades and installs. These are performed as separate projects and will be based on the support required.
* Servers eligible for support include: standalone servers, domain controllers, file servers, print servers and application servers. Exchange servers, IIS servers and virtualized servers are not eligible for PSIShield.
